At first, this was not a clean and mismanaged hostel, but now due to the arrival of new management, there has been a lot of improvement in it, and it is a great place for both students and job holders to live. The video is old. I will post a new video review soon.

1. Payment Terms
- Monthly rent must be paid by the 5th of each month
- Late payment will incur a penalty of Rs. 100 per day
- Security deposit is required at the time of admission
2. House Rules
- Visitors are allowed only during designated hours (10 AM - 10 PM)
- No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises
- Maintain silence after 10 PM
3. Room & Facilities
- Keep your room and common areas clean
- Report any damages immediately to the warden
- Electricity and water should be used responsibly
4. Check-out Policy
- One month notice is required before leaving
- Room inspection will be conducted before refunding security deposit
- Personal belongings must be removed within 3 days of checkout
5. General Conduct
- Respect other residents and staff
